This software product is provided as a tool to assist clients of Glanvill Enthoven in managing their insurance programs. By utilizing this resource you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Coverage changes are not considered bound until Glanvill Enthoven or the insurance provider presents written confirmation of coverage.
Any request should not be considered received by Glanvill Enthoven until you have received confirmation of that receipt through hard copy, voice or electronic communication from our office. If no such confirmation is received within 72 hours, you agree that your request was not received. In this case, you agree to make an additional request immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Glanvill Enthoven be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss to property, damages resulting from bodily injury, damages resulting from third party liability claims, and damages for loss of business profits, arising from the use or failure to correctly use the services offered in this website.
