The Company has an authorized share capital of ₦175million whilst ₦160 million is fully paid up. By virtue of high standard of our services and the caliber of our clientele, we maintained a professional indemnity insurance cover of ₦3.5 Billion.
Our local talent pool is supported by a subsisting technical/business Services Agreement with reputable insurance brokers represented at Loius of London * Companies LLC, USA, the world’s largest unquoted independent insurance brokerage firm. Glanvills is also a member of the Odu’a Group of Companies.
